Routing

Our CNC plastic routing service is available in virtually any colour, shape and size for a range of applications up to 3000 x 2000 x 200mm.

We always ensure we use as much of your material as possible to maximise your profits and keep waste to a minimum. Our routing experts provide a quick turnaround on all CNC routing projects without compromising on the machining quality, regardless of how intricate your design is.
Laser Cutting & Engraving

We offer bespoke plastic laser cutting and engraving on our 1300mmx 900mm bed.

Our laser machine uses Lightburn technology to give superior control and accuracy, perfect when managing detailed cutting and engraving jobs.

Laser engraving is the perfect choice for engraving serial numbers and contact details onto plaques, QR codes, intricate designs and much more.
Heat Bending & Forming

Using controlled heat bending or thermoforming, we can create a variety of different curves and shapes suitable for display cabinets and screens.
Edge Polishing
We can produce a clear, glass-like finish to the edges of your parts demonstrating the superior quality of our machines using a range of different techniques including
- Diamond polishing
- Buff polishing
- Mop polishing
- Flame polishing
UV & Cement Bonding

Using UV-activated adhesive we can securely bond plastic joints and edges, ideal for clear acrylic displays. We also use a range of plastic cement glue on large surfaces and other appropriate projects.
Plastic Welding

Plastic welding is a popular process used for joining material edges and surfaces of our projects which is created by using a heat bonding process.

We're more than happy to discuss any project however big or small, even if it is at the ideas stage with a rough pencil sketch, or CAD drawing.
